The Terms apply to the relationship between the Provider and any natural or legal person using the Service (the User). Using the Service requires accepting these Terms and the Privacy Policy, which the User does by an explicit statement during sign-up and when ordering a paid plan. The Provider records the time of acceptance and the accepted version against the User's account; the User can re-read the accepted version from their profile at any time.
The Service lets the User create and publish a template-based, browser-editable bio page on a subdomain provided by the Provider and, depending on the plan, on the User's own domain. The Service includes the editor, ready-made themes and sections, publishing, visitor statistics, coupons, collaborator invitations, and further features as defined per plan.
The Service is available in free and paid plans. The contents and prices of the plans are published under Subscription in the admin console and form part of these Terms. The Provider may change the contents of plans for the future; for a period already paid, the contents valid at the time of ordering apply.
The User is solely responsible for all content uploaded to or entered on their page (text, images, links, embedded elements - User Content). The User warrants that User Content does not infringe third-party rights (in particular copyright, trademark and personality rights) and complies with applicable law.
The following are prohibited on the Service in particular:
In case of a breach of this section the Provider may make the User Content unavailable without prior notice, suspend publication of the page and, in serious or repeated cases, terminate the account. The User may object to the decision through a support ticket in the admin console.
Using the Service requires registration with an e-mail address and password or with a Google account. The User must provide accurate data and keep login credentials confidential. The User is responsible for all activity carried out with the account.
The User (owner) may invite other people to manage their page (editor or viewer role). Invited people accept these Terms during their own registration; the owner is also responsible for actions performed on the page by invited people.
The User may close their account at any time by sending a request under Support. Closing the account makes the published pages unavailable.
Paid plan fees are in euro (EUR), billed monthly or yearly in advance. Payment is made by card through Stripe Payments Europe Ltd.; the Provider does not store card data. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each cycle and the card is charged again until the User cancels.
Providing billing details is a condition of ordering. The Provider issues invoices electronically and makes them available under Invoices in the admin console. The Provider notifies affected Users of fee changes by e-mail at least 30 days before they take effect; changes do not affect a current, already paid cycle.
A subscription activated with a coupon or voucher is valid for the period and under the conditions stated on the coupon.
The User may cancel the subscription at any time under Subscription. For subscriptions paid through Stripe the Service remains available until the end of the current cycle, no further charge is made, and the page then switches to the free plan. Cancelling a coupon-activated subscription takes effect immediately.
30-day money-back guarantee: if the User is not satisfied with the Service within 30 days from the start of their first paid subscription, the Provider refunds the paid fee on request, no questions asked. Requests are to be made under Support.
Users qualifying as consumers may exercise their 14-day statutory right of withdrawal as described above. The User acknowledges that provision of the Service starts immediately upon ordering; the 30-day guarantee is granted in addition to, and on more favourable terms than, the statutory right of withdrawal.
The Provider provides the Service with due care but without a guarantee of continuous availability. Where possible, the Provider gives advance notice of planned maintenance. The Provider makes daily backups of page data; the User must nevertheless keep their own copy of their content.
The Provider is not liable for User Content, for damage arising from inaccurate data provided by the User, from improper use of the Service, or from failures of third-party services (e.g. payment provider, domain provider, embedded content). Except for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, or damage to life, physical integrity or health, the Provider's liability is limited to the fees paid by the affected User to the Provider in the 12 months preceding the damage.
The software, themes, sections, branding and documentation of the Service are the Provider's intellectual property; the User receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use them as needed for the intended use of the Service. User Content remains the property of the User; the User grants the Provider a licence to the extent necessary to store and display the content and to provide the Service.
The Provider may amend these Terms unilaterally. Amended Terms are published with a new version number; on their next login Users are asked to accept the amended text and may continue using the Service only after accepting it. Earlier versions remain available on the /legal page. A User who does not accept the amendment may cancel their subscription at the end of the current cycle.
Complaints can be raised under Support or at the e-mail address above; the Provider responds within 30 days. In consumer disputes the User may turn to the conciliation body competent for their place of residence or to the EU online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr). Hungarian law governs the relationship.
Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by the Hungarian Civil Code, Act CVIII of 2001 on electronic commerce services, consumer protection legislation and the Privacy Policy. If any provision of the Terms is invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions is not affected.
